AviaChi Nutrients Essential Minerals :

Calcium Fluoride
Naturally occurring Calcium Fluoride is an essential trace mineral especially rich in human mother's milk, goat's milk, sea water, seafoods, kelp & dulse, the long-lived Japanese and their diet, and in a very few land crops such as kidney beans. This naturally occurring, life-crafted, non-toxic Calcium Fluoride form should never be confused with the neurotoxic chemical Sodium Fluoride form

The Toxic Sodium Fluoride Form
Sodium Fluoride is a toxic waste of the aluminum industry. It is added to city water (thus found in most coffee, sodas and energy drinks), medicines, insecticides, toothpaste and mouthwash — and was used by the Nazis and Soviets to zombify and control prisoners of war.

It is a bioaccumulator that destroys healthy enzyme activity involved in assimilation of many different nutrients. This toxic Sodium Fluoride form is antagonistic to major organs, to the pineal gland, to brain tissue, and to memory and clear mindedness. It has been linked to birth defects, cancer, preventable depression and ADHD. Nerve pain and sensory impairments are typical signs of elevated Sodium Fluoride toxicity.

Benefits of the Life-Crafted Calcium Fluoride Form
Molecules of the natural, beneficial and safe calcium fluoride help displace the toxic form out of the body.

Benefits of Life-Crafted Calcium Fluoride
Beneficial Calcium Fluoride uniquely stimulates new bone growth as well as supporting bone strength, bone maintenance and bone density. It is also an essential mineral for naturally healthy tooth enamel. AviaChi contains a tiny 2% of Daily Value, trace amount of safe, naturallyoccurring, life-crafted Calcium Fluoride as found in our sea plant ingredients kelp and dulse.

We do not ever use the toxic chemical Sodium Fluoride form as found in city water or toothpaste.

Sodium Fluoride is a bioaccumulator that easily builds up — So avoid fluoridated water to avoid the fatigue and weight gain associated with Sodium Fluoride.

Always use pure non-fluoridated water to mix your AviaChi

Organic  Barley Grass
Organic  barley grass – teaming with phytopigments.
Green foods are one key to promoting an optimal pH balance for your body.*

There’s a type of green food – cereal grasses – that you may be less familiar with than other greens like broccoli and spinach. But what grasses offer nutritionally is extraordinary.

Cereal grasses are the young grass stage of wheat, barley, alfalfa, and oat plants.

Use of barley dates back to 7000 B.C., and ancient Asian and Middle Eastern cultures reportedly used young wheat and barley grasses in their everyday diets. The strongest of men in those days were said to eat barley for strength and stamina.
The many nutritional benefits that emerged from these extensive studies were credited to the grasses’ supply of chlorophyll and vitamins.* The most important nutrients in cereal grasses were found to be:
Phytopigments such as chlorophyll, phycocyanin, and carotenoids
The plant sterol ester, beta-sitosterol
Antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase and beta-carotene
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, and folic acid
Potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium
Organic greens such as young wheat, barley, oat, and alfalfa grasses offer an outstanding source of nutrients that you might not normally get in your everyday diet.

When calves are born, during the first months of their life, they are not exposed to bacteria, germs or diseases. The Enoki mushroom has antioxidant properties. A research done established the existent of ergothioneine, an antioxidant in the mushroom. In the research, Proflamin, a compound in the Enoki mushroom helped mice suffering from cancer to lengthen their lives by 85%.Enokitake has antioxidants that rid the body of free radicals hence boosting the immune system. The Enokitake mushroom also has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. According to researchers Wichers et al., Immunomodulatory capacity of fungal proteins on the cytokine production of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.,IntImmunopharmacol these ingredients help to balance the immune system and to keep the liver healthy.

Agaricus Blazei (God’s Mushroom)

The main body of the Agaricus Blazei Mushroom which is the fructification body of the mushroom has 85-87% of water. Once the water is gone and the mushroom is dry, what remains is a protein rich fungus with 40-45% of protein. The carbohydrates form 38-45%. The fibres are 6-8% and the plant fats make up 3-4%. This mushroom also contains vitamins B1, B2 and niacin. It also contains a fungal sterol, ergosterol, which is convertible to vitamin D2. This mushroom also contains minerals but the most significant one is Potassium.

Research has shown that the richness in the Agaricus Blazei Mushroom makes it capable of curbing stress-physical and mental; slow down the advancement of osteoporosis; supports the body in eliminating gastric ulcers; as it stimulates the immunity of the body and lowers cholesterol. The mushroom is able to curtail the cytopathic impact of the Western Equine Encephalitis Virus because of its antioxidant, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties.

Chaga is a fungus that prefers living on the Birch tree as a parasite. It belongs to the family of Hymenochaetaceae. Since the Birch tree normally grows in cold places, this means the Chaga mushroom prefers cold climates too. Hence it is abundantly found in Russia and Korea. There is plenty of it too in Northern and Eastern Europe. It can also be found on the Northern part of America and in the mountains of North Carolina. The Chaga has been respected due to its remedial support properties since the 16th century. In 1958, scientific research had been conducted that associated the Chaga mushroom with the fight against gastric cancer, breast cancer, uterine cancer and liver cancer. These studies were done in Russia and Finland.

Agaricus Bisporus has substantial amounts of Vitamin D which is good for your health. This mushroom contains Potassium and Sodium too. The body requires potassium in the processing of carbohydrates and proteins in different ways to build muscle. It also plays a role in how the heart works. It also regulates the acid base and contributes to the overall health of the body.

CORDYCEPS (Caterpillar Mushroom)

The Cordyceps is in the family of ascomycetefungior sac fungi which encompasses approximately 400 known species of fungi. This number is, however, not exhaustive. The name ‘Cordyceps’ is Latin-the first part, Cord, means ‘club’ and the second part, ceps, means ‘head’. They are also credited with having strong antibacterial fungi and anti-bacterial powers. The Cordyceps are said to detoxify the body and a detoxified body is the last place disease causing organisms want to dwell. The mushroom consequently ensures proper circulation of blood within the body, where all tissues are properly fed.

The Cordycep mushroom apparently has many medicinal benefits that some other mushrooms may not have. They are said to have 77 micro and macro substances, 80 varied enzymes, invaluable amino acids, vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fats, all of which give the mushroom the rich medicinal value that it has.

Together with the benefits already described, the mushroom helps patients who have insulin problems, helps reduce anxiety by soothing the nervous system and helps fight respiratory problems. Cordyceps boosts the overall wellbeing of the body.

CORIOLUS (Turkey Tail)

The Trametes Versicolor is a polypore mushroom. It is found the world over. It grows and develops different colours, something that apparently has a relation to its name. It is also for this same reason that it is sometimes called Turkey Tail.

Polysaccharide-K (Kresin, PSK, PSP) is a cancer drug derived from this mushroom. Its benefits are invaluable. To quote the MD Anderson, the top US hospital dealing with cancer, Polysaccharide-K is a "promising candidate for chemoprevention due to the multiple effects on the malignant process, limited side effects and safety of daily oral doses for extended periods of time."

Another name for Hericium Erinaceus is Hedgehog Mushroom. It is also referred to as Satyr’s Beard or the Bearded Tooth Fungus or the Bearded Tooth Mushroom. This mushroom was first discovered in North America. Its spine projects outwards from a group unlike other species of mushrooms whose spines project from a branch. The spines are usually longer than one centimeter.

If eaten when young, its texture is like seafood and the Chinese include it in their cuisine in place of lamb or even pork. Traditional medicine has always been very popular with the Chinese ever since 2000 BC. And this mushroom is quite popular among their remedial support. A research on this mushroom was conducted on rats in 2005. The findings unearthed several medicinal substances present in Hericium Erinaceus. The substances included Palmitic acid, Threitol and D-arabinitol. In the research, these substances were found responsible for reducing blood sugar and regulating lipid levels in blood. It was also evident that there was an antioxidant present in the mushroom. There has been evidence of nerve cells stimulation and enhancement of cognitive abilities. Growth of nerves was also enhanced too even when astrocytoma cells from humans were used. Myelination was also enhanced.

The mushroom is also recommended for people who are interested in shedding weight or to keep their weight in check especially since it lacks saturated fats. As the mushroom wades off infection, it strengthens the person’s immunity and promotes overall bodily health.

Phellinus Linteus is a mushroom that resembles a hoof. The colour of its stalk varies from dark brown to black. It is found mainly in China, Korea and Japan, where it is treated as a medicinal plant. This mushroom prefers the mulberry tree to other trees and is usually found growing on branches and stems. It is known as Song-Gen in China, Sang-Hwang in Korea, and Mesimakobu in Japan.

The mushroom is also said to boost the body’s immune system. This is due to the presence of Beta D-Glutan and Lectin. These two polysaccharide-protein complexes possess properties that control the immune system.

It is also hailed as having properties that can support healthy blood sugar levels.  The extract from Phellinus Linteus has an antioxidant known as hispidin, Antioxidants are good for health because they help to clear free radicals from the body. Free radicals can become dangerous in the body if they begin to distort the make-up of normal cells.

Maitake is the Japanese name for the mushroom, Grifola frondosa. Curiously, Maitake in Japanese means ‘the dancing mushroom’. It is said that people were so excited when they found Maitake, a very precious mushroom and commodity in the old days, that they danced in joy. And there came the nickname.

The original home of Maitake is Japan and North America, but it seems to have danced its way around the world. Many cultures now have a special name for it. For instance, the English call it the ‘hen-of-the-woods’. Sometimes it also referred to as the ‘sheep’s head’ or the ‘ram’s head’. Italians refer to it as the ‘signorina’ mushroom while the Chinese call it ‘Huishuhua’.

Since the Maitake mushroom is rich in polysaccharides, regular consumption will go a long way in enhancing your body’s immune system. This is usually accomplished with the help of antioxidants in Maitake. These ensure there are no free radicals trying to destabilise the body.

A strong immunity means that a person who regularly consumes meals containing the Maitake mushroom supports general body health along with supporting optimal blood pressure.

The polysaccharides in the mushroom also support the regulation of healthy blood sugar levels and support of healthy cholesterol. Research has also shown that Maitake can increase insulin sensitivity while reducing insulin resistance.

Due to the fact that Maitake contains lean proteins and low amounts of cholesterol, it is an effective weight loss agent.

Lingzhi is a word derived from the Chinese language meaning ‘herb of spiritual potency’. The mushroom is also known as Reishi in Japanese and Linh chi in Vietnamese. In Korean, Lingzhi is known as YeongJi. In English however, Lingzhi also passes for Ling Chih or Ling Chi. In Vietnamese the name means ‘Supernatural mushroom’ when translated directly.

In classic Chinese texts, Lingzhi is mentioned about 100 times which shows just how important the mushroom was to the people from the East. A good example is in Hanshu ‘Book of Han’, where it is referred to as “Mushroom of Immortality; elixir of life”

This mushroom was extensively used in Eastern Asia where its medicinal value was acknowledged for over 2000 years.

The mushroom exists in different species, most of which carry healing properties. These healing properties have become famous far and wide and Reishi is even lauded in the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and Therapeutic Compendium as well as in other literature.

Shiitake’s flavour is 4 to 10 times more intense than that of ordinary button mushroom. It is also fleshy and is rich in nutrients. It contains proteins (18%), potassium, niacin, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and B vitamins.

Generally, the polysaccharides in the Shiitake mushroom are credited with boosting a person’s immune system. The mushroom is low in sodium, low in glucose and is a rich source of fibre. Shiitake’s healing properties are also reflected in its anti-viral strengths.
